Following the release of several high-profile reports showing a massive spike in police killings of civilians in the lead up to the Rio 2016 Olympics, I started investigating how one Pacification Unit was addressing this violence. In this episode of Daily VICE, I spent time with the military police unit the Santa Marta favela who are testing out the country's first pilot body-cam program.
